These terms govern your use of Simory, published by Fatih Uzulmez. By choosing Add my first memory or Explore Simory at the end of onboarding, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Simory. For questions, contact fatihuzlmz@gmail.com.
What Simory does
Simory helps you save and search personal memories, photos, documents, and voice notes. It can extract details from a photo using an on-device model or a Cloud scan. AI-generated summaries, dates, and reminders can be inaccurate. Check important information yourself before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, or time-sensitive decisions.
Your content and choices
You keep your rights to content you add. You are responsible for having permission to capture, save, or submit that content and for using the app lawfully. Your records are stored on your device unless you choose a feature that sends information elsewhere, such as a Cloud scan, device backup, or export. The Privacy Policy, available from this screen and in Settings, explains those flows, performance-data sharing, retention, and deletion.
Cloud scanning sends the selected photo through our Railway service to Google Gemini for processing. Choose Local scanning if you do not want that photo sent to the Cloud service. App usage and performance sharing begins after onboarding and can be turned off in Settings without affecting access to Simory.
Availability and changes
Some features need an internet connection, downloaded AI models, system permissions, or an available third-party service. We may update, fix, or discontinue features and may update these terms. If a material change requires renewed agreement, the app will ask you before the new terms apply.
Responsibility and limitations
Use Simory only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with the app or its service, bypass usage limits, or submit content you have no right to use. Simory is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that the app or AI outputs will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to limit.
